Margaret Noecker, M.Ed. is the Head of School for The Parish School. She holds a B.S. degree in Psychology from the University of Houston. Her education course work was in early child and educational psychology. She received a Master of Education degree from Houston Baptist University in 2001. Margaret has been at The Parish School since 1983 in the capacity of a teacher, mentor teacher and Academic Coordinator.
