Web Resources- This page has many excellent links to information on learning differences. There are also links to Web Rings which are collections of sites within a giving topic.

Articles/ Instructional Ideas- A place for professionals and parents to share and gather ideas and information on working with special needs children.

Forum- This message board for individuals to connect on topics of interest related to education and learning differences is located on the Schwab Learning web site. This is a great way for you to get feedback regarding issues concerning your family from others who have similar experiences. Please read guidelines for using the board.

Chart of Communicable Diseases

Red Flags-If a child exhibits 5 or more of the listed characteristics on a consistent basis, he/she may have a learning difference and be "at risk" for future academic problems. If parents or teachers are concerned, a developmental assessment, including a speech/language evaluation is recommended.
