Admitted Campers

Camp Acorn Tricycle Parade

Required Forms

Within four weeks of your acceptance date, please submit the student forms and polices and procedures signature page to our School Nurse, Angela Burris by mail, hand delivery or email at aburris@parishschool.org.

For the safety of your children, students will not be able to attend Camp Acorn until all forms are submitted. Waiting to turn in forms at Meet the Teacher will cause a student to be unable to attend the first day of camp.

  • Student Forms (Coming Soon)
  • Camp Acorn Policies and Procedures (Coming Soon)
  • Waiver of Liability (Coming Soon) - not required for 2019-20 returning Parish students

Meet The Teacher* - Monday, June 3, 2019

Elementary - 1:00 - 1:45 p.m.
Early Childhood - 1:45 - 2:30 p.m.

Stop by for a visit with your child's teacher and classroom for the next month! We'll be here to answer any pre-camp questions and pass out camp t-shirts. Additionally, families who registered by February 21 receive their Camp Acorn water bottle.

*If your camper is unable to attend this event, please still use our carpool line to drop off in the morning. Our staff will ensure your child safely makes it to their classroom.

Camp Lunch Orders

Students attending Camp Acorn's morning program (9 a.m.-noon) have lunch with their class each day. We offer an optional lunch catering program through The Simply Fresh Kitchen. Simply Fresh provides balanced meals with a variety of options from hot plates to cold lunches. You are welcome to order as little or as much as you please. Meals will be delivered directly to your child at camp each day.

Please take some time to preview the online ordering instructions. The June lunch menu is now available on the Simply Fresh website
