Building Resilience in Children

Webinar recording from Tuesday, June 9, 2020, featuring Renee Attaway-Storer

Resilience, arguably one of the most important traits that we can instill in children, lays a foundation for success by imbuing confidence, optimism and strength. But what is this elusive quality we call resilience? And how do we teach our children (and ourselves) to incorporate it into life? How do we use resilience to not only grow, but thrive?

This one-hour virtual adult education session features Renee Attaway-Storer, a nationally-recognized speaker on Michelle Garcia Winner’s Social Thinking® methodology and founder of the Social Learning program at The Parish School. Renee explores resilience and discusses strategies for helping your children creatively problem-solve to achieve success in school and in life.
