Within four weeks of your acceptance date, please submit the student forms and polices and procedures signature page to our School Nurse, Angela Burris by mail, hand delivery or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For the safety of your children, students will not be able to attend Camp Acorn until all forms are submitted. Waiting to turn in forms at Meet the Teacher will cause a student to be unable to attend the first day of camp.
Note: Due to the COVD-19 pandemic, the deadline to withdraw, submit final payment and turn in medical forms has been extended to Friday, May 14.

Stop by for a visit with your child's teacher and classroom for the next month! We'll be here to answer any pre-camp questions and pass out camp t-shirts. Additionally, families who registered by February 21 receive their Camp Acorn limited edition t-shirt.
*If your camper is unable to attend this event, please still use our carpool line to drop off in the morning. Our staff will ensure your child safely makes it to their classroom.
Students attending Camp Acorn's morning program (9 a.m.-noon) have lunch with their class each day. Please send a healthy lunch to school with your child.
Out of abundance of caution from the COVID-19 pandemic, services with our school lunch catering program (The Simply Fresh Kitchen) are suspended. We apologize for any inconvenience.
